Eight years in the Army allowed me
to experience leadership of various styles and to learn at first
hand the power of outstanding teamwork in extreme situations.
My core values of honesty, reliability, integrity, humour and
attitudes formed whilst in the Armed Forces have shaped my approach
to life and work, underpinning all that I do.
My training career followed naturally
on from my career in the Army. I now have more than 20 years
of experience behind me, working with blue chip companies in
London and overseas as well as small and large national businesses.
I have managed a project for Raleigh
International in Zimbabwe in 1996 and created and managed a young
business leaders’ project for The Prince’s Trust in 2006/7.
I am able to add value to your business.
By working with teams or individuals on a one-to-one basis, I
can help to identify and implement attainable strategies to improve
confidence, career plans, performance, team management, as well
as resolving particular issues or problems.
More than this, my aim is to help
you to create a positive impact in whatever you do.
My approach is always frank, supportive
and honest. I believe that business goals can be achieved whilst
striving to maintain a sense of balance as well as good humour
in one’s life and career.
